You can have chemistry without violating obscenity laws or resorting to PDA at all. Ever hear the phrase "if only someone looked at me the way X looks at Y." That can also be captured by the camera. Just like you can tell if someone happy or sad in pictures you can tell whether someone is attracted to another person. Even if it was from a religious place. Look at all these pictures. They are from the mandir. Does any male look as awkward as Ranbir? People even kiss in the west at Churches after they get married. It is no excuse for their lack of chemistry.

This is the worst awkward looking couple of them all. She looks more like a teenage fan girl here. And he looks so old than her.

Sometimes, even if age difference is there, it does not look bad if two persons match looks or physique wise. For example: Saif - Kareena. Nick-PC or Malaika-Arjun is also not that bad
