And Kajol ki family was NRI in the 90s when anyway running away was like a disaster 😆 Not to mention that her father was still conservative as hell

And families that r still set in old ways n react badly to love marriage to the point of Amrish Puri did,those families don't change like Amrish did in ddlj. That happens in films but real life me many couples get separated by family,even killed. They must regret not eloping n giving their family a chance.

The middle type of those who change so drastically in a span of few days rarely exist
