NO. it was a masterpiece. havent seen the movie since long time so i am not sure whether it has aged well. the songs on tv channels still takes me to raj simran romance

It was, no doubt, a good movie. However, at that time I remember being very upset because I felt Rangeela lost out in all the brouhaha created by DDLJ. I felt Rangeela had a tighter script/story..was better acted and had music that was miles ahead of DDLJ!

That being said I have watched both movies multiple times since then I can see why DDLJ was so popular...I still think the Rangeela album is one of Rahmans finest!

There is something unique feel about it whenever i watch it. There is some innocence there which is missing in other films. I wish Aditya should have directed more. Why didn't he? Any reasons other than being busy with their production?

Yeah Rangeela is class apart. Esp. the first half. Amir's best acted film till date.
