Who is this prominent filmmaker..people need to give Aishwarya a break. She is doing it on her own without any backing or camp holding her hand throughout her journey. She doesn't have a Salman or KJO on her side. Katrina has no emotional range yet she is still surviving and there's many other weak actors in the industry surviving on connections alone.

I think the biggest problem with Ash/Madhuri...is not Ash/Madhuri...its the industry...they literally have very limited scope for actresses over 40...and thats a boundary that is still a work in progress. "Current" ladies have found great success in Queen, Kahaani, Raazi, etc etc...but for the more senior actresses its always been a struggle...only Sridevi managed to strike gold with EV.

There are so many possibilities out there...we still haven't had a movie that properly depicts the life single mother...or that Ranbir-Ash angle in ADHM couldve been an entire movie...The conflict of being divorced and moving on ...I dont think that has been properly shown as well -at least in modern times...there is more too...what about a movie about an older woman who doesnt want to get married?...There are lots of subjects...but the question si...will these films work and does anyone have guts to make them? - For now i will say no.

I dont blame Ash/Madhuri...I blame the inudstyr...both have so much more potential and worth...Madhuri shouldn't be doing Total Dhamaal and Ash shouldnt be doing Fanney Khan however perhaps they dont have a choice!

Ash is a good actress and at time great otherwise she would not have got so many acting nominations and also won some for her performances. She got critic award for Raincoat and Guzaarish at Zee Cine. She got popular Best actress for Jodhaa Akbar at Screen. She got V shantaram Best actress awards for Guru and Jodhaa Akbar but audience deeply connected with her Two SLB flicks HDDCS and Devdas. She got Filmfare awards for these two films.

Ash needs a good director and a period or traditional Indian setting. Modern setting doesn't suit her and she is not really comfortable also doing those sexy moves in Dhoom 2, Endhiran or Fanney Khan.

Yeah, even in BFFs with Vogue, when Alia was asked which of Katrina's roles, would she like to have done, she had no answer. Even when Kat tried suggesting a few names, she kept quiet and didn't give even one name lmao.

I love Alia as an actress but she is a snake. She was there as a friend and there was no need to be insulting. She could have easily picked something like Namaste London or even JTHJ. Who wouldn't want to work with Yash Chopra? She could have even picked an action movie like Ek Tha Tiger.

Oh she wasn't smiling then. She was visibly upset but seeing how Alia couldn't give a shit about it, she had to swallow the insult. Their friendship anyway seemed fake to me and Kat only became friends with her to stay relevant. A snake knows another snake when she sees one 😆 And why should she have chosen JTHJ or NL like anonymous says? It is because Kat has absolutely nothing to show for her illustrious career as an actress that the mediocre role in NL has been praised to the skies and the less said about JTHJ, the better. 😆

If Kareena had done what Kat did in that one, people would have said she overacted. I loved MBKD but I don't think anybody would be interested in that meaty role that Katrina had in that movie 😆

Why not. It showed strong comedic timing. One of the few entertaining female comedic performances after the year 2000 was Katrina in MBKD ⭐️⭐️⭐️
