Nepotism happens to some extent. What KJo does is much much beyond that.

Whether or not Alia makes good use of her opportunities is immaterial. Fact is, she has KJo snatch movies from other actresses. Dear Zindagi being an example.

Abishekh B has not done that AFAIK. Lots of other star kids have come and gone. I don't remember any of them doing that either. Recently, there was a blind about RK snatching a movie from Dulquer, but since they're both nepo products, not sure it counts.

Oh I just recently saw that interview and realized how different both their answers were 😆 Ranbir might be whatever in real life but he at least has the basic sense to sound sensitive about the issue. Alia and Karan got so defensive. Karan even used to word criminals and Alia ended her speech by saying I cant feel apologetic about doing what I love or being my father's daughter. Her expression at that point cracked me up 🤣 I still believe she is a good actress and she is unfairly denied credit at times for her good performances because of this tamasha. The least she can do is sound sensitive, just acknowledge the privilege and move on 😆

Im not making the "woman" argument everywhere. But we have to make the distinction between Abhishek saying something and Aish saying something. Kangana also said something similar but she interact with products of nepotism on a daily basis too. It would be have been hypocrisy on Abhishek's part to call out nepotism. Not on Aish. She made it on her own.

Amen! Huge difference between the nepotism that has been done upto this point and the level Kjo has taken it. It needs to be called out.

She clearly used the word 'actors' and 'them' though the question was about SRK. She was simply stating the fact that its the actors who dictate the casting so she cant really answer the question on when she will act with SRK. I see nothing wrong with the answer. I guess we can agree to disagree cos we are clearly going around in circles 😆

It is still hypocrisy to call out nepotism when it helps Alia but avoid the topic when it's her own husband. She is also involved in the nepotism herself because she uses her contacts like Mani Ratnam to get him movies and uses her star power to green-light projects to help him out. She is actively participating in this.

Well she hasn't specifically been asked about Abhishek and his nepotism. I dont recall the Mani Ratnam fiasco. Let agree to disagree.

Saw her in Indian idol episode, acting disgustingly fake and overreacting. She is clearly not in a good space right now. Coming across as very insecure
