Did Aishwarya take a Sly dig at Alia Bhatt?

In an interview with Bollywood Hungama, Aishwarya Rai Bachchan was asked to give a message to Alia Bhatt.

She said in the interview, "I'd like to say, way to go. It's wonderful that she is enjoying and exploring her craft and her time here in films the way she is. I've said this to her also, it's fantastic for you, the kind of support Karan has given to her from the beginning. To have that kind of an establishment with you is very comforting. It's not tough to have it laid out for you, for the longest time, and she smiled. It's great for you as an actor as there is only good work and good opportunities ahead. What's nice is she's also doing good work along with great opportunities which are virtually there on her lap literally, regularly. So, it's nice she is doing good work within that, so Kudos!

Did Ash seriously say that ? Well then I would say the same thing I said for Kangana, no harm in speaking truth. But I would much rather have her attack the creator and promoter of nepotism then the beneficiary. She is only so much to be blamed and she makes good use of the opportunities. There is no denying her talent. But it is also true many people as or more talented, better looking, and better dancers don't get half the opportunities.

True ! I take it as a backhanded compliment though! It's both dig and compliment. She is clearly saying nepotism also played a part in her success.

earlier it was just social media outrage against Alia-Kjo, now even industry ppl are openy taking digs at them 1st twinkle now Ash😆 I can totally picture Alia's "smile" when Ash said this to her😆
