While I agree that intolerance is rising , In indian scenario one cannot single out a specific group for this . One palm alone cannot clap and make the sound.

Places like Afghanistan used to be quiet progressive back in the day with lots of professional working women. Taliban also started small. The problem was they were not nipped in the bud.

If Padmavat was not Govt approved why will even be released anywhere? While I don't approve banning of the movie in any state or province , I also don't agree with blaming everything on BJP. None of the parties said a word on this, NONE.

I think it becomes different for Hindus in general, becoz they don't follow anyone blindly. We won't bother if the whole karni sena is put behind bars.

This intolerance word is being most abused right now. It's simply # activism on selective issues. Hypocrites ruling over, sick trend. Involving politics in each and everything is insane. Thankfully most people don't follow twitter or FB.
SLB created and milked the controversy and now being a humbug.

If intolerance is rise then how movie doing good business in BJP rules state like UP, Maharstra..even in Delhi ..Delhi police direct under Central government 😆 Lagta hai SLB new movies ke promotion ke liye abhi se shurvaat kar raha hai 😆

Bhansali didn't said anything like that this is the figment of imagination by writer.

The states should act against them [fringe groups] and show them their place. They should be told that they don't have a right [to cause a stir]. If they want to protest, they must do so in a civil manner.

Only this one is considered against bjp

states decide against releasing the film [after the Supreme Court's approval], only because people are angry, that is a failure of democracy

Which we all know was chutzPah done by raje , khattar and rupani.
