But nobody will tell him to get out of the country and go to Pakistan...because his name is not Khan

But I agree with him abt Freedom of Artistic Expression ...if people start taking offence and making violent objections to anything and everything, very soon filmmakers, artists, writers wont be able to tackle any topics, historical or real life subjects, unless its Government backed propaganda...that is not a Democracy, that is Dictatorship, when artists dont have the creative liberty to showcase what they want to.

As for the Jauhar issue, what the Heck! Hasnt the Internet generation read any history books or historical fiction?😕

Jauhar is a Historical FACT! SLB did not make it up

Rajput queens and their entire fort full of women used to immolate themselves so they would not be captured by Muslim invaders, raped, and made slaves!

They had no other Option...they also took their kids to a fiery death, because those rapacious monsters would not spare the kids either

People shd read some historical fiction about the Middle Ages...how conquering soldiers would fall upon the women like vultures, kill their children in front of their eyes...one historical account had conquering soldiers tossing a little kid on their spears as sport 🤢

Really, Im appalled at the lack of knowledge of people who are protesting abt the Jauhar scene...maybe SLB glorified it too much, extended that scene too much but he couldnt have changed what REALLY HAPPENED in those times

Charlie Hebdo was NOT an Govt approved or endorsed incident.. There is a diffrence

and those guys had guns and sticks with them, entered the area to create trouble and DID chant provocative slogans like hindu hindu hindustan, katwe chalo pakistan. You can't simply barge into somebody's house and make taunts and expect them to keep quiet. Both sides clashed.this guy dies while another guy from the other group is in hospital with bullet wound.
