I'm glad he's speaking up. While I am not looking forward to the film itself, I do not understand while people are taking this so personally. If anything it gives the queen a more recognition. I have never heard of Padmavati in my life and I have only through this context and I am sure SLB will show her as a martyr and in a very positive light.

Dp has been tweeting against protest since the start. And Given that all 3 are leads, m sure SLB mustve asked them to not speak much, as anything can be interpreted wrongly by extremist.

Like the video where SLB said there is no seq with Khilji n Padmavati, so IF members automatically assumed that there will be a dream seq of them together. So its best the leads not speak anything and create more uproar.

Good one but I am against Censor Board deciding on the release concept too. It's a democratic country. 10 people cannot decide if a movie will offend 100 cr. people. Issue certificate accordingly and let it release. Each audience will give their verdict by making the movie Hit or Flop. Who makes 10 people the spokesperson of entire country in this anyways ?

I believe that BW has come out NOW in support of Padmavati,because they see TZH facing a similar backlash...Home ministry takes the credit for rescuing the nurses..Here a Rambo like person does the job..and more troubling to them is that a Pakistani Spy too gets credit for rescuing the Indian nurses.

Sushma Swaraj may herself speak on it.She takes the entire credit for the operation
