I think they are trying to keep the promotions on the low because of the hate and protests.

Maybe the actual movie is so good that they are confident enough to hit December 1st without heavy promotions.

Hope the film withstands all this controversy and is a good watch. The lack of promotions is a buzzkill, to say the least.

Well they still have the time to promote adequately. 3 weeks more than enough.

I think they l start active promotions from tmroe. SK is back in town. DP will also return today.

Ranveer at the ahmedabad event? I am doubtful.

Rajasthan Home minister has confirmed that the film will release with conditions.

The film will release if the certification is given and also a high power committee will review the film before it is released..

It was screened only for selected representatives of the press and exhibitors and distributors. Same trailer which we saw was converted into 3D. Nothing new added to it.

What conditions? I don't see such "conditions" when harmful and disgusting crap like Mastizaade (harmful objectification of women), Badrinath Ki Dulhania (containing harassment of women), and Judwaa 2 (glorifying and normalising sexual harassment of women) gets passed for the viewership of the masses.

This is an attack on the fundamental rights enshrined by the constitution. They cannot appoint a puppet committee to surpass a democratically appointed institution.

Only the Central Board of Film Certification has the authority to review the film. Even the High Court and the Supreme Court have stated this clearly to all the recent demands for stay orders and petitions against the film Padmavati.

They don't even know that ALL films require "certification" of the CBFC by the law of this land!

This is infuriating to put it kindly.
