Varun's cover allowed, Ash and PC's covers trashed. Why?

Ash and PC's covers were trashed twice, but the topic on Varun's cover still remains? Will mods please explain why?

FYI these covers would not qualify as scans, they were posted by the official magazine handles on their social media pages. Several websites have these pics including Pinkvilla etc. What rules are I-F following?
