1. Story - Story is of a man who due to some circumstances becomes a part in purulia arms case . Due to his luck, he meets an orphan boy jagga and adopts him. However some big level officers are after him and he has to leave jagga behind after getting him admitted in a residential school. After that, Jagga gets a tape on his each birthday . However one birthday the tape does not arrive and it turns out that guy is dead . Jagga does not admit it and the story revolves around whether guy is alive and will jagga meet him again . Along the way jagga gets embroiled in arms deal case altogether as well.2. Acting - every one was decent , however I liked bob biswas the most.3. Music - thumbs up from my side4. Direction - average5. screenplay - lost the plot during the last 40- 50 minutes of the movie and story feels rushed to come to an endingOverall - Movie starts on an extremely promising note and for a movie buff like me I got the sense that I am in for something special. At the intermission stage , I was excited . Movie came on main plot after intermission and the climax was extremely rushed and sadly seemed childish . Anurag Basu must take the blame for the climax for it is clear that it is the delay in making the movie which has caused the damage. During the whole climax sequence , ranbir kapoor is looking mota sa( due to him getting beefed up for sanju baba role ) and has a wig .Anyway , it was lovely to watch the 75 % of the movie and it was an honest attempt but alas for anurag basu whose time management leaves a lot to be desired. One should watch the movie for the initial 75 % alone and so should not be missed if you watch movies for the love of cinema.I go with 3.5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️and1/2⭐️
Thanks for your Review Ana .
