Until I came to this forum, I always thought he was a limited actor at best. In all his hit films, the heroines deliver much better performances and steal the show.
Just lets look at some examples:
Bachna Ae Haseeno: Bipasha
Barfi: Priyanka
YJHD: Deepika
ADHM: Aishwarya
The only films he fared better was when he was cast opposite Katrina (Rajneeti, Ajab prem ki gazab kahani), Nargis (Rockstar), but that is not saying much! Even in Saawariya, though he won all the best debut awards Sonam was actually slightly better. He mostly has the same expressions and plays a man child in too many movies.
So please enlighten me if he is actually a good actor?
