Yrf started in 70s. Dharma started in 90s. KJO learnt tricks of business from Yashji. He is a small time player in all this.. cannot be compared really😆 the scale of yrf and dharma is like sky and earth. yrf can get any actor it wants, the biggest one. Dharma barely manages to get SRK these days

Not true. Yash Johar founded Dharma in 70s as well.

Salman and Aamir never wanted to work for YRF because there were rumors they paid less to actors.

YRF went through a bad patch when UTV was doing good. Thats when they changed their startegy and got Aamir and Salman on board.

YRF is the only production house who gets all the three Khans. Looks like they respect Adi or are good friends with him. Adi can risk a lot of money and try out different kind of movies when there is a Khan who collects later all the money for YRF.

All others have difficult time to manage one Khan for their production houses.

But KJO and Adi are first cousins, KJo's mom is Yash Chopra's sister. So they both control two of the biggest entertainment companies in India. So I think they are not that much of rivals.

Said this long ago... One thing YRF has that Dharma doesn't: Goodwill.

Biggest of them all - I mean if they can afford to pay the Khans an enermous amount, then yeah? They had a string of failures in early 2000-2008 when Uday Chopra had just joined Bollywood - then Dhoom happened, and another hit with Bunty aur Buubbly. Yash Raj had their own share of profit issues. The problem with them is that they only recruit pubjabis in their portfolios...unless you're established or have a Khan or Kumar/Khanna sir name.

Hiroo belongs to a Sindhi family...the Chopras are Punjabis. Yash C and Hiroo are definitely not real sibs.
