So ,how is YRF managing to sign these huge deals.

They had done this a few years back too.Signed the three Khans.

What does YRF have that Dharma doesn't?

Is it better being the Invisible Mr India,than man about town KJo in the long run?

Lastly why did Kjo start flop(mostly) joint productions?For Soty kids?

Of course... they always were. they are and they will be.
Every single superstar has done yrf movies and they are fair to all. Even during their bad years (after 2000), they had no problems because the base is so strong with goodwill of all khans, bachchan and other top actors..

Yrf started in 70s with big hits like deewar, trishul. Dharma's bit hits were only during late 90s. KJO learnt tricks of business from Yashji. He is a small time player in all this.. cannot be compared really😆 the scale of yrf and dharma is like sky and earth. yrf can get any actor it wants, the biggest one. Dharma barely manages to get SRK these days.
The best thing is yrf provided opportunity to every actor, big, small, known, unknown.. To get a Dharma movie, you have to be extremely pro-Kjo.

What does YRF have that Dharma does not ? Adi Chopra who IMO is a visionary like his dad. KJO not so much.
