Manoj is an amazing actor, no doubt, but the fact is nawaz has better screen presence. Like of u have watched gangs of wasseypur, both manoj and nawaz were there in it, but nawaz got more praises when the fact is manoj was terrific too. The reason is nawaz has a terrific screen presence , a unique style of acting and delivering dialogues, which makes him stand out and he overshadowes everybody else. 😊

I haven't seen Aligarh...I should..one of these days...

BTW MB was absolutely brilliant in a little known Movie called Kaun...

He was Oscar Worthy in Satya...So I am sure he would be mind-blowingly grat in Aligarh...INfact SRK had already told this to him ...

But I find it funny the way peeps here are disparaging SRK's performance in FAN...

He was MINDBLOWING in Fan...

He did 2 roles who were Chalk & Cheese

He did it with Conviction & Disdain...

For those who haven't seen FAN, please do so before making up your mind based on someone else's opinions...

Bajpai being Great(in almost everything he's done) doesn't undo the fact that SRK was Great in Fan

It's not a Zero Sum game...

Cant ppl praise one performance without putting srk down ??

Manoj B is a mindblowing actor loved him in Aligarh (although movie was slow n boring) . i hope he wins awards this year .

srk is no aira gera actor either.also want him to get awards .He was fantastic in FAN . n it was one of the toughest role to play . with kilos of prosthetic makeup. tapes used to strech his brows still gave flawless expressions.perfect dialogue delivery and it felt like complete different person .He was even better as Aryan .

and no not only srk fans also the toughest critics and general public find his performance award worthy.

The director of Aligarh ..Hansal Mehta said in an interview (out of the blue) that he really wanted to work w/ SRK coz he considers him a GREAT actor...like a volcano..who is still untapped ..or something... he said...He even frequently praises SRK on Twitter & once also said he Likes SRK the Actor more than SRK the star...When asked which actor could have the guts to play Bajpai's role in Aligarh...He singled out SRK!!!

Obvious people found the opportunity to put shahrukh's performance down to praise Manoj while TM didn't even mention any sort of comparison 🤔

Even though i have not watched Aligarh but i believe it would be a top-notch performance . Trust Manoj, Nawaz and Irfan to give praise-worthy perfomance majority of the time but how many times do they get award and how many of the same people create an uproar over it when someone they like wins it ?

Why are people making a hulla-bo ( without watching FAN) about sharukh fans expecting an award for him for a performance which was unanimously praised by everyone ( critics and industry people)

Ok, and i thought this is just middle of May.. the year is already ended? 😕

And since when so many awards became anything but statues I can buy for free (with something like buy one, get 10 for free..)

Some1 said, doing 2 different roles as different as chalk and cheese is gr8 deal... I mean wowww... really? Does that mean doing 2 roles differently is never been attenpted? Really? I thought srk has been doing those roles since day1. In all of his roles even if it didnt require to play so many different roles. he just did that..but.. . Thats why ppl remember his CDI or Swades... COZ he actually played the characters. I think its too much to ask of him. 😆

Sanjeev Kumar can play 9 roles, no VFX... all of them different.. cheese, chalk, chloride, chimney, chimp. chillar, chutiya, chamcha, chameli... U name it. 😆

As for actors, they gotta have different category.😛

But, we r exhausting ourselves when good things r yet to come. Jumpy, grumpy... donald trumpy..
