OK, before you guys start jumping over me,let me get one thing straight-sooraj is an a** for taking out the fetus by himself "if it is proved that he actually did it"
Now assuming that he even did it,tell me that did he put a gun to jiah's head that told her to stay there and had put his hands in and took out the baby?...No he couldn't have done that without jiah khan's permission..its not possible at all...He didnt tie her hands,right???.. Jiah khan was an independent educated women..she should have stopped sooraj and herself gone to a clinic and got it done...

It was written that sooraj was worried about his career...His career had not even started by then jiah khan was already famous and doing films...People wont recognize sooraj in hospital but they would recognize jiah khan for sure if she had gone to the hospital..And in india, we all know that girl is always blamed and shamed for pregnancy without being married so there is a good possibility that even jiah didnt want the baby...So the following signs show that jiah had given her nod for sooraj to go through this heinous procedure :-

1)he cant take out fetus as he has to put his hands inside untill she gives permission to do so.some might say that he must have threatened her and convinced her emotionally but tell me,can anyone be such a fool that she would let a man put hands inside her V**** and pull out fetus and make her bleed untill she herself wants the fetus out and doesnt want to go to a doctor...she could have said no..as i said, he didnt have a gun on her head.

2) she went to MTP clinic with him nd agreed for abortion as being an actress even she wouldnt want to come her name in media...remmber doctor will never prescribe drugs untill a female gives written permission and even if the doctor took the bribe,it is upto jiah khan to swallow the medicine or not so somewhere she too didn't want the child'so dont say he got her pregnant and made her to abort the child.

Now they broke up very late after all this happened..and i am sure very person reading my message would agree that breaking up is a normal phenomenon..everyone goes through a breakup in life...some even go through divorce after years of marriage and childbirths...does it mean that u will end your life and put the blame on other person???there are many people who get depressed after failing exams, breakup it doesnt mean they all end their life..

You had sex,it was mutual...You agreed for abortion, again it was mutual..He broke up and you couldn't handle it, you end your life nd that boy suddenly becomes monster..He may be an a** if he and jiah together did an heinous crime of manual abortion but he is being charged for abbetment of suicide, something which will land him up 10years in jail..

Just because someone couldnt deal with a breakup, it doesnt give anyone any right to punish someone who didn't do anything to harm her life.

RIP Jiah Khan.

you don't need to be a scientist/doctor(?), delivering a fetus is like delivering a baby, lots of deliveries happen at home, in fact most poor people in India don't have medically assisted births. If you have a working brain and can follow instructions you can help.

They don't give you anesthesia for childbirth. In this case she needed medical attention because she clearly had complications but she didn't get it. It was inhuman but it's not impossible, as some people are suggesting.

Did they really abort the child at home or its your assumption? Sorry I have no idea about this case. It's really painful.
