I would go with Manisha. She has some bold.. powerful roles in her kitty.

Urmila did some good roles too but her 'eeehhh' after every dialogue is so annoying. 😆

I love Urmila.. gosh she is such a pataka!! And she does psychotic roles like no other.. Kaun and Bhoot remains one of top thrillers of all time.. She was awesome in EHT as well.. However I like Manisha as well She is extremely underrated(so is Urmila).. I love her subtle acting.. The emotions come from within and u will never find her emotions were fake.. That is until she went ahead and ruined her career herself.. I like majority of 90s heroines, barring Kajol and Madhuri perhaps... I love yesteryear heroines as well, like Asha Parekh, Sharmila, Rakhee, Waheeda, Mumtaz, Jaya B, Madhubala, Nargis, Meena Kumari, Vjyanthimala and so on..

Manisha. Dil se, bombay, khamoshi, akele hum akele tum, agnisakshi, 1942 a love story she was brilliant in all of them.. add to that, she was a perfect blend of beauty and innocence..

Urmila.. I doubt if Manisha can pull off a Kaun or PTKK or Hum Tumpe Marte Hai..

Urmila was a true chameleon she could pull off any kind of role. Manisha is also equally good but still I don't think she tried that many diverse roles-I can't remember her in a decent romcom.

Manisha of course, she has many good films in her filmography...and as far as I know she didnt do as many sleazy dances as Urmila did so she was considered a serious actress.
