Of course i didn't "follow her carrer", she's no Ruth Wilson but i watched her movies with the Khans, Rochan... and she sucks, It is known!

Phantom has done well on Thursday. According to early estimates Phantom Thursday box office collection will be around 3 crore.

After a good opening weekend, the film sustained well on first Monday. But it showed considerable drops on alter days. That's why film could not even cross 50 crore in the 1st week which was looking on the cards.

Phantom box office collection in first week will be 47.50 crore. It has set record for the 8th highest opening week of 2015 beating Deepika Padukone's Piku, Badlapur and Drishyam.

This Friday release Welcome Back has very good early reports and it is expected that the film will take a solid opening. Welcome Back is getting around 3000 screens which means that Phantom will be running in limited screens in the second week.

PHANTOM Collected Decent 47.50 Cr Nett In Week One

There is not much business from releases in last few week at box office as no film managed even a decent business post ''Bajrangi Bhaijaan''. Now Kabir Khan is back with his golden touch and that might revive box office prospects.

''Phantom'' released today across 2500 screens and there is mix expectation from the film. Few are expecting Kabir Khan and Katrina to score third time consecutively at box office after ''New York'' and ''Ek tha Tiger'' but few are afraid of disastrous box office record of leading man Saif Ali Khan in recent times i.e. ''Happy Ending'' and ''Bullett Raja''.

Film took a decent to average start at box office all over but then film improved big time during later part of the day. Film collected 8.46 cr nett on day one which was good. Film was expected to do better on Saturday as it had advantage of Raksha Bandhan but film jumped by big 50%.

Film collected 12.78 cr nett on day two and contrary to expectations in trade, film collected 11.94 cr nett on Sunday which was quite similar to Saturday. Film was rock steady across the table. Film has total of 33.18 cr nett over weekend and this is good total considering pre release expectations.

Solid trending over weekend meant that film would hold on Monday and that is what happened as film collected 4.40 cr nett followed by 3.63 cr nett on Tuesday, 3.31 cr nett on Wednesday and 3.05 cr nett on Thursday. Film has total of 47.57 cr nett in week one and now steady 2nd week needed in order to cross 65 cr nett lifetime. Film collected decent 10 cr plus over weekend in overseas and 60% of that came from UAE/GCC.
