Wikipedia says Budget is 50 crore

Other sites are saying between 45-55 crore

Its made around 58 crore

Watched this film on Sunday and I really enjoyed it.

Good direction and acting.

If the budget is 50 cr, then the film has already recovered that amount. Therefore, it is not a flop, but average at the very least.

The thing about Phantom is that it had such little buzz...i think the film was endlessly delayed..and hence lost a part of its audience interest, it had hardly any promo except for the last minute visiting of reality shows

by its lead stars..and the one Afghan jalebi song...but its overcome so much negative forecasting by sheer dint of being a well made film!

Everyone who goes watches the film comes out thinking paisa vasool.

And aplauding the films merits.

That in itself is a big achievement. After all, the naysayers were waiting crouched behind their computers waiting to declare it the all time worst disaster of the decade for whatever petty reasons they had. Mostly just coz they didnt like Saif or Katrina.

What a slap in the face for them? 😆

Our own forum members who no one can accuse of being partial or biased are singing its praises. ..
