Phantom Drops Even More | 1st Wednesday Box Office Collections

Phantom seems to be having a tough first week. The film has been dropping over the week days. On its sixth day, it collected 3.31 crores, thus taking its total to 44.52 crores at the domestic box office. Looks like, the Saif Ali Khan and Katrina Kaif starrer is not enjoying much positive word of mouth.

After receiving mixed reviews from the critics, the Kabir Khan film pulled off a good first weekend. Since the film was the only big release, it benefited from the same.

Although with Welcome Back releasing this week, Phantom will have a steeper second weekend as family audiences will flock to theaters for it as comedy genre is preferred more.

One of the main reason that Phantom was performing well was because of its big star quotient and no doubt it has been Saif's most successful film in recent times.

Just watched the movie...the movie hall was half full and considering it is a weekday and afternoon time, even this much crowd is pretty good... Loved the movie...one of the finest movies of 2015... im not a fan of Kat or Saif but the script was very well written and action scenes were awesome too... Surprisingly Kat acted really well in the movie...i had lost hopes from Kat after D3...bt in this movie she really improved herself... Saif was also quiet good in the movie...The woman who played the nurse Amina Bibi acted really well...Overall a very nice movie, no stupid songs in between but some background songs were there which were so heart felt.

I would give this movie 4 stars out of 5... I think the film critics are a bunch of morons who have called this movie bad... I liked it much better than Ek Tha Tiger, Bodyguard and many other movies

Regarding Phantom, I wish more people go and watch it. Though not a typical masala film, it sure is gonna strike a chord with every Indian who is still waiting and longing for the 26/11 perpetrators to be brought to justice.
