Who else could have pulled off Bajirao besides Ranveer? - Page 4

I am always of the view that any good actor can pull any other good actor's role off. It's just that the movie would be different... HR, Ajay, Akki may be... not so many from new bie.. may be RK..

understand that bajirao is prime minister and warrior.. he is not a king... hrithik wouldn't be perfect... ajay would have been equally good as ranveer... but he demanded high fees and bhansali is not some1 who will bow down to aire gaire stars like ajay.

pehle film dekho aur if ranveer doesnt do the justice, then start topics...

But if not him then I feel Randeep or Shahid would have done justice as well.. Still Ranveer is Bajirao for me and alot of us..

Baji rao was an old guy who feel for a young girl mastani. Old kings falling for young girls not a uncommon phenomina in history, most of kings favorite wife has been very very young to them ( 25-30 years) . For example even rani laxmibai was also very young comparitive to her husband . Par apna BM ka bajirao looks younger than our mastani. Ranveer has done fab job but I ferlnif you go by actual story. The casting should had been salman and alia Or srk and kirti or ajay and kangna . That would be perfect age gap, for authenticity.
