Illeana needs good roles like shruti(barfi) and she has South movies.

Yami is good,she needs more movies.

Ileana and Yami. Funnily enough both beat Alia at the debut awards category in 2012. Today the story is something else. Show what connections can do for you.

agreee,.. Connections+Consistency

Ileana was best in the new comers and followed by Pari,.. (IMO)
buh now the frame has totally shifted, and most promising have turned into most dismissing,.. their movie choices suck!

IIeana learned nothing from Asin's debacle. Funny 'cos she made her mark with Barfi which Asin rejected for a flowepot role in Bol Bachchan.

Its got to be Pari... Alia has amazing projects...Shraddha being a Kapoor will also get a lot of opportunities... bt Pari...all her roles have been so similar and past few films of her have tanked so badly...i dont think shes gonna get more opportunities...

As for Yami, shes damn pretty and despite no connections, she still manages to get some good films... m sure she will get more of them... Ileana is realy hot and shes not a bad actress...probably her choice of films is not that great but she was amazing in Barfi and was good in Mai Tera Hero as well... im sure she has plenty of time to achieve! Among all these, its only PAri who seems to have been fading
