Key difference those are Islamic nations. India is a secular nation.

I am a Hindu and eat all kinds of meat. I like the fact that my faith is not rigid and rule oriented. There are guidelines, but no mandatory rules. As a Hindu I feel stifled in my own home nation because Hindu organizations take it upon themselves to impose rules that the religion itself does not mandate.

TIL. I grew up in a Hindu household, but I eat just about anything. I'm in Texas so BBQ is amazing.

Muslims do not want to accept UCC in India. they are guided by Muslim personal law or something like that in India as far as I know? Correct me if I am wrong! So what democracy you are talking about?

You have reservations too to benefit and protect your rights. But majority does not have rights to protect what they believe is sacred?

You don't eat pork because the religion says so. Well my religion says not to kill cows and we demand that gov protect the animal tht is worshipped by 100cr do us. Do you want to hurt our sentiments in the name of democracy? Go ahead! Do it! But remember, taali ke hath se nhi bajti !

How can a secular country implement Uniform Civil Code? Is Pork banned? If Cow is sacred to Hindus then don't eat beef, don't wear leather. Why imposing it on others?

Again, how's it hurting your sentiments?

Idolatry is forbidden in all Abrahamic religions. Even then you can find Hindu Temples all over the world.

you want shariah and MPL Ina secular democracy?lol

Pork is not banned. So why don't muslims eat it ? Because of religion?

Likewise my religion says to protect the cows and that's what we are demanding the government to do. It's a democracy after all. We also have rights to protect what we believe in. And we can ask to make laws for that because we live in a democracy. You chose to decide to live with majority even after making a whole separate country for you. The least you can do is respect their sentiments. If not, well then...dont complain for racism or descrimination or when someone ask you to go somewhere else😆
When in majority, you don't want to give rights to minorities but when in minority you want all the rights and freedom in the world without accommodating with the majority population.

The only democracy where majority is sidelined in every which way! Happens only in india!
