DDLJ is worse. Far, far worse.

At least the college bits in KKHH was fun. Also, the movie has great repeat value. I still can enjoy it.

What you tried to explain was self explanatory, I didn't need explanation on that. But what I was saying is that you can take anything which may seem illogical and can justify it to make sense of it. Like how you just did repeatedly with Lootera. Same can be done with other movies including KKHH. The conversation wasn't about one movie only...

See the avi..So it stands to reason KKHH is one of my favorite movies.

However, I will agree it is cheesy, completely illogical at parts and is not based in reality, utter BW candy floss. Yet, it endures.

It's beauty is in it's simplicity and innocence. . It is in the romance of this scene..

the famous gazebo scene where two actors at the top of their game personify BW romance and chemistry which is not eating each others faces awkwardly aka what passes for kissing and romance in current BW 🤢. They are barely touching each other, but there is such an intimacy in their look and touches to each other that you feel that you are intruding.

Yet it is also a movie you can watch with your family, over and over again. It is the movie I have given to people when they ask for a typical BW romantic movie and despite warning people that it is cheesy, many people of multiple nationalities have loved it. It is what KJo is capable when he had so much heart. Cheesy but so earnest. The same KJo who is lazy and asks his actors to kiss instead of bothering to romance. It is the movie that will endure when all the current crap movies won't..
