I agree. Even though I love SRK this movie is extremely overrated and annoying. Kabhi Khushi Kabhi Gham was amazing <3

I mean that is what the movie intented to tell na? That sona's character had lost all hope of living at the end and she kind of already knew that she was gonna die. But when she saw the leaf still intact on the tree...it was kind of like a miracle. Maybe there was hope after all. Maybe she could fight and live like the leaf.

I love the movie,can watch the movie again and again and can never get bored of it.Such a cute heartwarming innocent simple love story made all the more special by all the actors who acted in it.It was a sincere and earnest effort by kjo.If this movie is to be termed as over rated then i dunno what to say of all the brainless masala crappy movies that make shit load of money,how those senseless movies make so much money is beyond me.In the long run it will be movies like kkhh,ddlj,hahk,3 idiots etc which will be remembered by the audience.

That wasn't the point which was debated. TM talked about literal illogical bits and I mentioned most to all movies have those illogical bits. Then it doesn't matter if those illogical bits take the story forward or are metaphorically used...

Same way the illogical points pointed out by TM can also be justified or conditioned...

P.S: Didn't the leaf fall off eventually and a fake one was stuck with a glue by Ranveer 😆

The first time I watched K2H2 even i wondered how little Anjali read those letters when she was 1/2/3 years old !

Most films lack logic but yeah this film has repeat values. Still can't change channel whenever it comes on TV.

That is what I am trying to say.
The girl was going with the obvious. And the leaf did fall. But Ranveer stuck the fake one to the tree. Now that would not fall off would it? She thought it was real. It was a miracle for the girl. So would a miracle occur again and save her almost doomed life?
I got a full explanation of the story that movie is based on when I was little. 😆

If its over rated than almost majority of bollywood movies r same. Its illogical to see logic in fantasy dream based story. The whole movie based on Kya karu hai kuch kuch hota hai so keep ur dimag aside nd enjoy it dil se :)

Dude, I am not here to understand all the metaphors or meaning of life or miracles depicted in the movie. It is all self explanatory.

If you had followed the thread, you would have known why this bit was mentioned. So please, no more explanations...
