Many ghost stories from my village in India. It was our fav passtime when we used to go there in summer vacation to sit and share ghost stories after dinner. Most of it was fabricated though.😆

There was a "haunted" tree in our university apparently. All were asked to not wander near it at night.

I passed through one very freaky native American town or reservation in New Mexico while going to Texas which freaked me out. Stopped for gas but everyone looked so pissed off. The gas station guy told us not to stop the car anywhere around at that time(11.30 ish at night), look out for and not hit any coyotes.N if we see one not to look at its eyes.😆

I do believe in gins and shaitaan cause of religion and stuff but I've never had a full blown supernatural experience. The most bizarre things that happen to me are mostly to do with electronic stuff for example once I was watching something and the channel changed and it messes with your mind because you can't remember if you changed it or if it's something else. I still to this day think about how it happened I remember not even touching the remote but you start doubting yourself :/ Another example is my laptop, if I leave my laptop for over 20-30 mins it goes to sleep mode unless someone scrolls the mouse. So one day my mum called me to go and eat so I just left my laptop and it was over an hour when I came back so my laptop should have been in sleep mode. But when I came back it was still on when it should've been asleep... almost as if someone has scrolled the mouse but none of my siblings were upstairs so I have no idea how it was still on. It was really freaky because the light in my room was off and the laptop was the only bright thing in the room it looked so sinister to me lol.
But the thing is when freaky things happen to people they start doubting themselves and think they must've done something instead of you believing it ghosts and stuff.
Sorry for the long essay 😕

We visited this place in Punjab that has a 'Bhooton-waala-khu'. Well of ghosts. I have pictures from it too. I will find them, they're buried in some folder on my PC. So the well apparently has ghosts, they all dance at night. There a huge tree next to it where people tie something, I can't remember what and why they do tht.
I'll google see if I can find something on it. It's sort of famous among people in Punjab.

Edit: OMG I found it online.

There's stuff written in punjabi there, if someone can translate that then we find out the story.

That stuff scares the daylights out of me too. My old tv use to power on by itself in the middle of the night. 😆 I sleep with nightlight tht is as bright as regular bulbs 😆 I can't sleep in pitch dark rooms.

@Yankees For something so sinister the well looks quite pretty 😆

My local radio station does fright nights during Halloween and people call in to tell their stories like I can't even comprehend how people stay sane after SEEING ghosts omg like dead relatives. I'd piss myself tbh and a ghost expert said something quite interesting, that if you smell something out of nowhere then it could mean a ghost is near you because when they were alive it could have been their signature perfume. Some people called the radio station agreeing and saying that they could smell things like lavender when they weren't even in close proximity to any.

It's a glorified well with some religious story behind it. 😆

Damn. Now I'll be on guard with those smells. Happens often but never paid attention

I've heard both funny scary stories and scary scary stories 😆
I love horror films cuz I forget everything so quickly lol

Well the one I remember the most is of my aunts when she was a teen.. She had to sleepover at this really old house and it was huge too just for one night. All night long she just hheard footsteps and doors closing and water taps running and things falling, yet there would be no one there. As soon as the sun came up, she made dua and literally ran away 😆

Apparently this really old lady that lived there used to communicate and take care of gins lol like she loved them and was huge on black magic.
