try e cigs .. cost you almost the same a pack would..and contains the same amount of puffs as well. and it's COOLER! 👍🏼

otherwise it's probably because you are lighting them a bit too much.

😃 To all those who helped me and especially to gaurav who despite being a non smoker helped so much

👍🏼 To all those who advised me to quit..i have started like 2 months ago..earlier i was an occasional smoker..but i dont intend to smoke for life..so yeah

Im getting better though..i need sometime to enjoy my cigarettes fully...

I don't smoke(except that occasional MJ 😆 ) but I have friends who smoke so tabbing while you are smoking helps with you problem. Tab with your index finger after every 2 or 3 puffs...
