I fail to understand how this teenager got critical acclaim for Highway.. apart from a few okay scenes she really sucked. That ending part where Randeep gets shot, she ruined it with her terrible acting. With Alia I feel she is doing well because of the films she gets offered and chooses to do of course. Otherwise she doesn't have anything that makes her stand out.

Parineeti and Shraddha both have more chance of becoming number 1/2 actresses. If not that, then an equal chance.. but Alia is noway ahead of the other two.

don't think in 3 years time... may be 5 -6 years... right now, this innocent, cute face is working for certain movies but this gets stale at one point, haven't seen her in dramatic roles like PC, Madhuri etc... will talk then

I used to absolutely hate her during SOTY, but now I really like her. Especially with Highway she's really improved and she has so much potential :)
