alia vs parineeti

A couple of nights ago i watched Alia in Highway as well as Pari's movie with Sid and couldnt help but compare the 2 actresses. After that disastrous SOTY Alia was awesome as Veera i couldnt believe how much i liked her. Even though i didnt think the movie was that good i found her performance very natural and enduring. In one of Arjun's interviews he said that Alia doesnt know how good she is and thats so true coz thats probably the reason why she could deliver such a performance. the character needed to be unpretentious and innocent and she was just perfect in it. I cnt believe i am actually saying this but i think that although the 12 year old lol has a long way to go i cnt wait to see her performances in future movies.

and than there is Pari besides this film i havent seen any of her other films but really she can be an extremely annoying actress when she gones overboard. i remember reading the review thread when this film came out about how great she was and the show stealer what a bunch of hog wash if it wasnt for sid she would have been totally unbearable in some of her scenes. In the beginning of the movie i so wanted to stop watching the movie bt coz of sid i continued. But that is not to say that i dnt think that she isnt a good actress as i continued watching i realised that she was very good. But I wish some1 would tell her to tone her acting down coz really she isnt as good as she thinks she is. i really cnt believe that ppl actually compared her to kajol W*F even when kajol went overboard she was never unnatural in her performance.

I somehow feel that Alia has the x factor and probably is gona have a longer run in bw bt i am mixed about Pari bt i am probably gona have to watch her other movies to judge her properly. Oh and the media should sooo not compare alia and kareena alia can actually act and is so much better than her.

Aalu has Kjo uncle, so its no doubt she'd survive longer..

Pari.

Alia could fit in glamorous roles which will help her but Pari is better performer.

However I feel Pari is a spontaneous actress, has a good comic timing and mostly lights up the screen when she enters..

Sid is wooden, if not for Pari the movie would have been a major flop at BO

Pari also have Aditya and she's rumoured to be in another Dharma project. I see both having longer careers. Shraddha is the odd one out as she's unlikely to get YRF or Dharma films.

Parineeti has a stronger dialogue delivery but overall she is one dimensional...acting and dancing chops..xfactor..complete heroine material is Alia Bhatt..watch 2 states u will love her even more..i didn expect it but she acted ao matured as Ananya..and looked damn pretty..Alia defo will hv a longer run..she is versatile...and agewise she is younger..

I like both. I think both have great potential. So I won't vote.

Btw i actually liked Pari in HTP for a change..cud b coz of Sid but hwr comic timing is fab..cant deny it..
