HAHK songs are played till date in weddings and the costumes that Madhuri wore were a rage for years.

I like the thought behind Rajshree movies...they promote good family values and indian culture...a bit of an overdose, but at least their intentions are good. And if you have noticed, in none of the Rajshree movies, does anyone drink or smoke or gamble or argue / disrespect elders! Its a bit of an Utopian world, but at least there is an attempt to show something positive and good.

well said thats why i really like sooraj's movies minus MPKDH..that was a disaster IMO.

HAHK will always be more loved film. If you ask every single person in India then HAHK will emerge winner by miles because it was loved by youth, children and elders, while in DDLJ's case it was mostly loved by youngsters. However, on the internet, I think DDLJ will always lead as the bigger part of the internet users are youngsters.

Also HAHK was the first film to open the international market for Indian films and not DDLJ.
