Saiyaara Set to Emerge A BLOCKBUSTER

Saiyaara is set to emerge a huge HIT and a probable BLOCKBUSTER film. The film is going to manage to show around 15-20% growth on Saturday which is extraordinary for its opening day. The film was showing lower collections on Saturday morning as compared to Friday morning but it has managed to do better post the afternoon especially in those bigger multiplexes. There would have been an increase of shows on the second day also.
The second day is looking to be around the 24 crore nett mark which is phenomenal. The collections on the first day were held back a little in Mumbai circuit but that is likely to show the most of the growth. The collections were extraordinary in places like UP, Bihar, Haryana, Rajasthan and CI and these places will be showing less growth.
Delhi / UP was so huge that it beat the collections of Chhaava, Sikandar and Housefull 3 by a margin and Delhi / UP is no small circuit where these things can happen to regional tastes. It was also higher than Mumbai but there things should be closer on day two.
The trend of the film is very similar to Kabir Singh which was the last love story to do huge numbers. Kabir Singh did a 71 crore nett weekend and there is a chance this could do a little better as Kabir Singh had an A certificate keeping families away. The run of Kabir Singh was another level from Monday with outstanding holds and that will be harder to match but you never know as today when a film works then the sky is the limit.
