She doesn't actually decide how light/dark the picture should be, it's the photographer/poster designer etc.. that make that call.

The commercial really sends the wrong health message. Eat a bowl of cereal for breakfast and then dinner? That is not enough food and very unhealthy. They're basically telling people to starve themselves.

Kelloggs Special K is healthy. Me and my sister tried it last summer. No these Kellogs commercials does not tell you to give up food and eat just cereals. You can eat everything you want in moderate amount daily but only replace two big meals usually Brkfast and Dinners with cereals for two weeks.
