not counting ash, sush, PZ or rani as they rose post 99!

have got to admit that late 90's was totally karisma's!! she rose like no other- post RH in 95- she was the undisputed queen

kajol was also there but she got a bit inconsistent as cinema was never her focus!

acting wise ill say kajol but if your talking about who ruled the late 90's- it was karisma! what an epic rise!!

Madhuri ruled the 90s.. Karishma was second to Madhuri ALWAYS ..even in 1997 she was the 'supporting actress' (second lead) in Dil To Pagal Hai .. 90s was RULED/ROCKED by Madhuri and Madhuri only ..
