Well I'm sorry, I'm not sure how to react but please get a second opinion as soon as you can and discuss with your doctor treatments available. I'd suggest you to be strong and spend time with your dear ones, instead of thinking what some girl wanted. Have faith and definitely do not waste time.

Usually I don't trust such stories because people for some reason in the virtual world have a tendency to lie in order to garner sympathy (not pointing at you). Take care!
