Are Deepika, Ranveer following Ranbir and Katrina's footsteps?

While Bollywood has been abuzz with photographs of beach frolicking Ranbir Kapoor and Katrina Kaif there is another couple who might catch the interest of the ever-ready paparazzi.
We are not sure if Ranveer Singh is dating the gorgeous Deepika Padukone. However, what we do know is that the two have become very close and are spending lot of time together in full public view and away.
Ranveer, who is also paired opposite Deepika in 'Ram Leela', is often seen visiting Deepika's apartment. Are they taking the cue from Ranbir and Katrina? Remember the numerous sly visits they pay each other in the wee hours?
And now Deepika's neighbours allege that Ranveer is often seen leaving her luxurious apartment.
Industry insiders say the two are trying to act normal, trying best to avoid showing their love in public. Again an inspiration from Ranbir-Katrina. Remember Ranbir's statement "I am still single"?
Not just home Ranveer is also seen paying surprise visits to Deepika at work place.
Similar reports of Katrina visiting Ranbir on the sets of 'Besharam' had surfaced when the actor was shooting in Chandigarh.
During the last day of shoot of 'Chennai Express' Shah Rukh Khan and Deepika were wrapping up their dance sequence. As soon as they gave their last shot there were cakes to celebrate and guess who - Ranveer Singh, reports Indian daily Mid Day.
On the last day Ranveer wanted to surprise Deepika. This is definitely a case of more than what meets the eye.
After a similar sneaking-in episode on the film's sets in Wai, and consequently becoming a frequent visitor at Deepika's plush Prabhadevi pad, Ranveer apparently just can't let go of his furtive ways.
Few months ago when Deepika was in Dubai promoting 'Race 2' Ranveer flew down and the two were photographed in a tight hug partying hard.
However, is their relationship for real or is it just a publicity gimmick to promote 'Ram Leela' only time will tell.
