who says he changed? who says hez not irresponsible anymore.

this is what he should be doing today or say should have done last 5 yrs.

pranced around with his boy ibrahim, and daughter sara. taking them to soccer fields, malls, holidays, daily activities that a father shares with their children.

instead:

he gets a GIGANTIC tattoo, he plays guitar with ugly bandana for his young girlfriend, he goes on KWK and advertises his LONG size, his young girlfriend getting all ticklish, he makes news on mid-day about thrashing 3pks of condoms, he punches a senior, he makes a major appearance with his young girlfriend at thane and that too at midnight.

oh...when all done,suddenly he decides to get married, suddenly? yes suddenly, THE FEAR of losing his khaandani chaabi to his son ibrahim, after all mama threatened to give all to ibrahim.

oh and seems like he has shipped sara already, THE FEAR of giving competition to him and his begum.

See...I don't blame Saif for the divorce...Saif was a baby when they got married and wasn't Amrita in her 30s when they married...so she should have known better before marrying a kid...that this marriage in all probabilities won't work...

But what happened after 13 years after the divorce...for that saif can't be excused...He was a grown man by then...with two kids...and he should have known ...that kids need support...I mean freezing the assets...very disgusting...so much so that Sanjay Dutt had to step in...shame shame Saif...and what was Mama Tagore doing at this time...buying the Natl. award for the son when he didn't deserve it??? She should have taken charge and supported Amrita and kids...instead of outsiders like SD doing it...The whole thing is really shameful👎🏼

i don't blame saif for the divorce either. he is not the first person who had a divroce. nobody should stay in a marriage just for the sake of it, say even sake of the kids. sometimes i hear, oh i am not getting divorced cos of the kids. thats wrong. its considered unhealthy. everyday khit pitt, you rather get divorced and start fresh. this will be good for the kids as well. they don't have to witness mum and daddys daily bitching and fighting.

but its the way you handle a divorce or go about doing it. divorce is always bitter, but when the kids are involved you gotta take some responsiblilties.

don't make it ugly.

I think people are overthinking this freezing bank accounts thing. I don't know Indian divorce laws but I would not be surprised if Saif's lawyers asked him to freeze the accounts. Leaving open full access means the ex-wife can withdraw too much money out of the account and leave the other person in a mess. That money would be very very hard to get back especially if it's spent already.

There is probably also a need to get it down on paper what constitutes community property and what's Saif's own money. It's the courts that would split the money and figure out how much needs to go where when the divorce settlement is signed. Leaving everything open to the ex prior to that might not be advisable.

I'm not saying it was any great thing he did but this is how divorce is. People get brutal and selfish and try to keep as much as they can for themselves. They also make each other look bad as much as possible because their feelings are so hurt. Amrita would be bitter and angry and of course she would only say bad things about him. That's expected and normal and she can't be blamed for it either. Both sides should be taken with a pinch of salt.

Whenever I saw Saif and Amrita...I always thought he is the lucky one to have her rather than other way around as many thought she is lucky to have a young husband who is rich blah blah

She is a dignified women, which is seen when she did not drag Saif to court when he stopped giving any kind of financial assistance

But the matter was already in court. I think it was a rough time for Amrita because she was waiting for the divorce settlement to come through and probably didn't have a lot of money at that time and needed to start working again. But it was not for forever. It was just to keep herself stable until the courts could properly divide financial assets.

Saif should have been a good guy and provided her some specific amount of money to care for the children during that time. But leaving open all his bank accounts to let her do whatever she wants doesn't make a lot of sense honestly. They weren't married anymore so it's natural they would not have free access to each others accounts now.

Btw, a lot of Saif's money at the time was I assume family money that he already had before he married Amrita. She would not have any right to that money. Community property is what's earned during the marriage and Saif was not that big a star at the time. He was struggling a lot for most of those 13 years. They probably lived a big luxurious lifestyle based on Saif's nawab money but Amrita would have no rights to that.
