#GoGoaGone is a non-starter in key markets. Opening weekend business is shockingly low. Weekend business: approx $ 650,000 [Rs 3.56 cr].

Really that's too bad . These type of films usually find bigger audiences in overseas

Exactly...Its not even working for the niche audience...but I will watch it next week anyways 😆

How will it work for overseas?
I went to the theaters and there's Iron Man that's still running housefull. 11 pm show, was packed, went with family.

There's no way Go Goa Gone can compete with Iron Man and recent Star Trek and Gatsby. 😆

I haven't seen new Indian movie since kai po che

I need to see chasme budoor still and that has my BOY in it

I don't wanna put a damper on anything but this offbeat film with Imran khan Delhi belly came Independence Day weekend 2011 in USA and did almost 1000000 in a weekend and I think 2 mill for its run . That was the same weekend they released transformers 3 or 4 .

I'm saying maybe go Goa gone is a lost cause .

Now Shaun of the dead is a zombie comedy ⭐️

Once a few of my close comrads on this forum review GGG ill try and see if I wanna watch it

Delhi Belly was backed by Aamir wasnt it?
One features Kunal in lead, the other Imran Khan. Imran's a pretty mainstream actor.

You cant really compare even Delhi Belly to a zombie film man. Come on...zombies. Its way more experimental than a Delhi Belly, which is still a comedy in reality.

There was way more skepticism with Go Goa Gone than Delhi Belly. Before Delhi Belly released, comments and buzz was that it would do well.

Compared to say a Go Goa Gone, where I was reading twitter and most peopel were like "flop film" even before it released.

When people tweeted postive tweets after watching it, I then opened up the responses and most people were like, "Are you serious?"

A better comparison would be OMG Oh My God.

Backed by Akshay, but featured mainly Paresh. It also opened up to about 4 crores on Friday. Now that was hatke, like Go Goa Gone.

Delhi Belly was actually quite mainstream. Comedy with adult humor featuring a mainstream actor like Imran in all promotions and songs, backed very visibly by Aamir Khan.

You cant compare

Your right I guess but don't fret it's just one flop or a average film. Maybe in 5-7 years it will be cult classic . Anyway I'm looking forward to saifs other movie with Sonakshi bullet raja . I heard its Commerical masala but has a good story . That is must see . 😉

No offense but go Goa gone seems like must miss

Watched it. It was a late night show so no one was really there but overall a great watch. It was nice seeing Bollywood giving this genre a try and actually succeeding! Other than that I don't think I've laughed so hard during a movie in a long time. It was so funny. Especially Saif Ali Khan as Boris. He was the best the part of the movie with his one-liners, and Russian accent.😆 Kunal Khemu was also among the best with his own share of one-liners and his casanova image. Others were good too and Pooja Gupta was damn hot😳

Overall it was awesome even though nearing the end it started going downhill. I would recommend it if you wanna have some good laugh😃
