In a statement to PTI, the police confirmed that a case has been registered against Abu Farhan Azmi, Zeon Fernandes, Joseph Fernandes, Sham, and others under Section 194 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita. The police action stemmed from a complaint filed by PSI Paresh Sinari of the Calangute police station. The complaint alleged that the individuals were involved in a public fight, disrupting public peace and causing a disturbance.
