in Tasveer too he tried Quality cinema but Nagesh failed in the script

True, he used to do quality movies before too but people didn't seem to notice it. Patiala House was good, but apparently it didn't work because he played for England and not India.. thats what I read in one of the reviews -.-
Critics are a joke themselves but still it does make me happy when they praise Akki, I personally like Akki doing both kind of movies. He should do quality and masala both, K786 wasn't even that bad in my opinion.. just watched it yesterday with no expectations after all the trashing here.

Even his khatta meetha is super fab, Sachin Chitkule is one adorable character, sadly it went unnoticed.

The best would b if this film makes 100 crores and akshay wins all awards and says I signed HOUSEFULL 3 😉

Cause he has a right to make any film he wants . I thought Singh Is Kingh is good

Also what is quality anyway . Isn't quality a film fans enjoy above all else . Who cares what critics say . Critics thrashed Sholay . Both Barfi and Housefull 2 had people coming out if cinema saying Maza aagaya

Why is only one "quality"

Granted I liked Barfi and only watched Housefull 2 for the girls but that is different story lol

Also I read someone saying this film can stop masala films . Y there is space for Bollywood for every type of film? Just because Masala gets certain media attention . That is not masala movie makers fault

I just happy on akshay btw i liked his masla movies, Action, etc..i dont sterotype his work as i have liked all kinds ..RR was really good H2 and H1, patila house, etc...and this one seems good..and i think khiladi786 got hit hard due to joker which was trashed and the actor himselve wasnt happy on his product and due to that khiladi 786 got a beating otherwise he gets good opening and yes his movies have ups and downs but to call his masala and rom coms as trash is wrong..his singh is king ( whuch i like alot), welcome, etc..he had back yo back hits then ..he just does alot so dome work some dont so it should be more on the movie not the genre..

@minnie glad yiu here i also meant rowdyworld as she is the most loyal akshay phan/ I have seen..and she was posting alot but now missing..

So is this film worth watching then? What genre is it? Wats it about? I like Akshay, but after watching Khiladi 786 I'm a bit skeptical..

finally akshay leave his crap films and do something different here and i hope the film will be good and do well because akki need to know that his recent film just for the BO and most people foget them but the good film will stand forever so lets see what will happened here
