Special 26 Grosses 48 Crore In Ten Days

Special 26 has grossed around 48 crore nett in ten days as it added around 9.25 crore nett in its second weekend. The film had better weekend collections than the new release Murder 3 in a couple of circuits. On Sunday it was ahead of Murder 3 at most places as it grossed 4.25-4.50 crore nett compared to the 4 crore nett of Murder 3.

The film has done decent business in all circuits apart from from Nizam/Andhra with Delhi/UP, East Punjab and Mysore being top performers.

The film should gross around 53-54 crore nett in two weeks and go to 60 plus for its lifetime business. Basically the lifetime business of the film will be in the same range as Khiladi 786 while the distributor share will be around the 30 crore mark.

Special 26 Second Tuesday Collection Update.

Special 26 is holding well in the second weekdays at the box office. Special 26 has collected around 1.7 crore nett on 2nd Tuesday which suggest it has registered a marginal drop of around 8% at the box office. Special 26 total collection after 12 days is around 56.6 crore nett.

Special 26 second week collection is now heading for around 16-16.5 crore nett mark. This will take its two week total to around 59-60 crore nett mark.

Special 26 should again retain good screen space as there is no major all India release. With good trending in second weekdays Special 26 has ensured that it will touch or cross 65 crore nett mark in the lifetime, unless some dreadful event happens. Makers are already into safe zone and made profits. 70 crore nett mark is the threshold value which will make it break even for the distributors.

Collection Breakup -

1st Week - 43.15 cr nett.

2nd Friday - 2.35 cr nett.
2nd Saturday - 2.85 cr nett.
2nd Sunday - 4.7 cr nett.
2nd Monday - 1.85 cr nett.
2nd Monday - 1.7 cr nett (Estimates).

Total - 56.6 cr nett.

Neeraj Pandey's Special Chabbis (26), is doing very good business at the Overseas Box Office, especially at the US and UAE centres. The movie has managed to garner over 10 crores from the International market, which is indeed laudable.

After making a business of approx 6.23 crores in its opening weekend, Special 26 added more 4.75 croresin its kitty.

Special Chabbis (26) now stands at an Overseas total of about 10.98 crores after its 2nd weekend at the Box Office. The numbers are very impressive and gives a reason to celebrate for Neeraj Pandey and the entire cast of this well made movie.

Starring Akshay Kumar, Anupam Kher, Manoj Bajpai, Jimmy Shergill and Kajal Aggarwal, Special Chabbisreleased on Feb 9, and since then is rocking at the Domestic Box Office as well.

SPECIAL CHABBIS Is Heading For 61 Cr Nett In Two Weeks

"Special Chabbis" collected good 10 cr nett in 2 weekend and now film has done decent biz on weekdays too. Film will finish with 15 -16 cr nett 2nd week.

Film collected 1.05 cr nett on Wednesday taking film's total to 60 cr nett plus. Film will lose most of the screens from coming Friday and film is likely to reach 63-65 cr nett lifetime collections.

Film has done very good business despite below average opening but film's budget of 35-40 cr nett was a bit too high for such a subject. Film will eventually break even with the help of ancillary income but at box office it is just an average affair.
