Not just CB, but even court orders have no relevance right? The High Court lifts ban, and the next morning, police disrupts the screenings or watches as it happens and does nothing?? POlice...the folks actually responsible for MAINTAINING law and order. 👏

Then people throw in petrol bombs in the theater...what kind of democracy is India (Tamil Nadu Government specifically) where artists can't make films on what they wish and release it, even if they have support from the CB, courts without state governments saying " screw everything, I'll just do my own thing"? Such cultural intolerance, such vendetta? We talk so much about India being a melting pot and secular and what not...such cases show that it's all just in name. There seems to be no such thing as proper freedom of speech anymore. ...and imagine, what kind of message do they send out. This is Kamal Hasan who's a BIG name so he can get support from other big names...but what are they gonna do to you and me if we just voice our opinions next time? 🥱 Kill us, jail us? Democracy indeed.
