Yes...SRK's USP was romance...films that could be watched with the whole family. And he consolidated that with his family man cum devoted husband image. That added on to his charm.

Now he just doesnt seem to care. Like the other day he said "I am here to make films not friends" when asked to comment about his broken friendship with Arjun, KJo, HR etc. He seems to be irritated.

EXACTLY! It was easy to buy the "I love her so much, I'll do anything for her" characters he played in his romantic films...because he seemed like that in real life. Devoted to his wife and children.

Now it's like he's too tired of pretending, tired of it all ...and wants something new. 😕 When he said, he wouldn't know how to deal with his downfall when it happens, he was telling the truth...b/c he is dealing with it badly... This is really for the first time that we have seen such an unattractive SRK, and I don't mean in looks.
