😆 True that, a big HECK NO, you really can't expect her to...and she hasn't changed much since this interview, that Gauri who doesn't give a damn to bollywood or anything can be seen in all her public appearances, interviews etc., that's why I am happy she is SRK's wife, srk comes across as very sensitive while Gauri seems much stronger...idk, I'm analysing them too much but unless SRK or Gauri actually come out and say, I won't believe it. And tbf, why PC?? Did srk not have enough chances before to date girls much more prettier/hotter/sexier (whatever people think is the reason :p) girls...and he knows how much he would lose by doing this, why would he ruin himself? I cannot believe it, there was a time when I nearly bought these rumours but then I remembered how Gauri is and was like nope, not possible.

But what people say they will do in a crisis and what they actually do when in crisis are not always the same thing. I want to believe she would kick him out too but I don't think you can use something she said years ago when she didn't think it would really happen as "proof" of anything.

^^ Its easy to say things when you are not going through those issues but once you are in the same issues which you were giving kick ass answers then the entire perception changes in viewing the same issue. And no ones knows what exactly we do until we are in their situation so its easy to say things like oh I'll kick his a$$ if he does this to me... but in reality it'll be something different.

I really wish that non of the rumors with PC/SRK are true, cause I like SRK/ Gauri pair...

we are not going by what she said per se, we are looking more at her personality, the interview posted on the first page is from 1986, 27 years old? And the KWK episode is from around 2004, that's about 9 years ago? In that period between 1986 ans 2004, Gauri has matured but her personality and her confidence and attitude hasn't changed much despite SRK's positioning in BW having been changed a lot. Even in the more recent interviews of hers, we can see that she's still that same person, we're looking at that personality and not what she said. I don't know her personally but from what I can see and read, she's the one person I do not expect to just sit and whine and tolerate her husband cheating her and to just accept it and not do anything.

I didn't say that Gauri said she'll kick His A$$, it's the general stance of a person until He/SHE goes through its easy to say things...

But again like I said I really wish She doesn't have to go that far.

That's true but honestly, if her personality and attitude didn't change in those 18 or so years between 1986 and 2004, I don't expect it to now either, she doesn't come across as that weak star wife to me...but anything is possible, I just don't believe in these rumours and I really hope they aren't true either.

Nova...we all form our perceptions based on what we hear from the media...after all no one has been inside their bedroom to know whats really going on...based on what i have seen of Gauri..her interviews, her demenour, how classy she is...I don't feel that she would stay with Shahrukh if he is cheating on her...and what for...she is not a scared, weak little housewife...why would she bear with SRK is the question I ask and I get no logical answer...I have my opinions based on what I see...u have urs and I won't question them at all...who knows...maybe its true...maybe its not...but I won't believe it until I hear it from either Shahrukh or Gauri...

I get what you are all saying but I have kind of the same feeling about why she is tolerating the SRK PC link up stories even if they are absolutely positively untrue and she knows they are untrue. The SRK and GK I thought I "knew" would not have acted and reacted this way.

So not ever being in this situation this is what I think about myself (but of course cant really know). If many people believed my husband were having an affair, even if I completely trusted him, I would expect him to do everything in his power to make the rumors stop instead of fanning the flames so to speak. I would not tolerate him letting the stories continue even if it were good for his career in some way. I think if he did not try to make the stories stop for me, I would feel disrespected and that would eat at my self esteem. But again who knows what I would really do!

@ Bold Exactly my thoughts, why didn't SRK step up or butt in to support Gauri when PC was doing all sorts of nakras and insulting her, why did Karan have to be the one defending her why not her husband😕

I wish he puts and end to this stupid rumors( IF they really are rumors) like he came out and clarified recently with the misunderstood statement, I mean come one your alleged mistress is ill talking about your wife and you stay mum... unless the rumors are true there is no excuse for not standing up to her...This is the high time where you put your foot down Mr. SRK.
