Actor Varun Dhawan danced on the sets of "Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa" . "This is our first stage performance and dancing on the stage of 'Jhalak...' where a lot of brilliant performances have happened, we have tried to put up a decent performance on 'Disco Deewane'. Hopefully, people will like it," the 24-year-old said.
"It's a learning experience. Karan is not only a director or a producer, he even designs clothes, is an anchor or host or judge. So he is multi-talented and you always get to learn looking at him. He's very professional and we are learning," Varun said.Besides Varun (filmmaker David Dhawan's son), Alia (filmmaker Mahesh Bhatt's daughter) and Siddharth, "Student of the Year" also marks the debut of actor Boman Irani's son Kayoze Irani and actress Sana Saeed, who played superstar Shah Rukh Khan's daughter in "Kuch Kuch Hota Hai".
Co-produced by Shah Rukh, the film is slated for an Oct 19 release.
