of her in barfi (they were mostly laughing and saying what happened to the movie

because they didnt publicize during shooting).

Agree hero can get "bums in seats"LOL!!! for opening but having katrina can

rachet those numbers up by 25 percent she has her own set of fan following.

and while artistic merit is the main thing no one says no to the prospect of a

box office boost which enablesmakers to keep makng the right movies along

with the money spinner potboilers.

Anurag should cast Ileana again. Didn't a lot of people like the Ranbir-Ileana pair? I haven't watched Barfi, so Idk about Ileana's acting chops though.

Sonam and Katrina may be beautiful, and might visually be a treat to look at, but their acting.. eh. Not impressive at all. 🤔 It's hard for me to think of any actress pulling off a Madhubala today, hm.

Madhubala's death scares me... because she died from a heart defect that I also had. But of course back then, heart surgery was rare. I am so thankful for the advancement of medicine.

Will the biopic also show her death? I expect this movie to be really intense. No matter who the heroine is, I think I am going to look forward to this one. I don't know much about Kishore/Madhubala's life at all.

Sonakshi... I still don't know how I feel about her acting abilities. But her looks do resemble those of yesteryear actresses so maybe..

And as for my heart defect. Everyone is born with a hole in their heart which eventually closes, but mine didn't.. it remained. So I got a heart surgery done when I was 2.5 years old. I don't remember it, but I still have the stitches, of course.
