God Kareena is getting better than PC in the art if sucking up.

At least PC limits her sucking up only to SRK, but Kareena has 2-3 people she is now sucking up to.

i dunt know why this karishma vs kareena thing always arises...if its debatable, they both are equally skilled according to me....ppl accuse kareena of giving preference to mindless commercial cinema, but so did karishma with all those govinda/salman/david dhawan entertainers.....

of course, she did a zubeidaa, a fiza, and she was FAR better in DTPH than madhuri (acc to me).....but apart from those, are they any more performances of hers which were highly acclaimed???(lemme know if im missing something)...

kareena did chameli, omkara, jab we met, kurbaan, dev, refugee...all of which fetched her immense acclaim. I dunt see how she can be termed as a "lesser" actress, when she too has proven her worth, just as much as her sister.

karisma in offbeat roles has an edge over Kareena's performances.

and in her generation, there were not much better films for heroines like now. Still she rocked it. Kareena has yet to beat Karisma in acting.

Really? I thought the karishma times had better films than the films that come out now days.

And can we stop with bringing Karishma into kareena's topics. This will lead to arguments and am sure mods will come in and say we that we are off topic.

Kareena and karishma are both great actors. They are both great in their own unique way. Which one is better is subjective obviously everyone will have a different opinion. So lets move on.

well thats your opinion and i respect that. I agree karishma was one of the first few mainstream actresses to venture into offbeat cinema. But technically speaking, kareena has received more acclaim (critical and commercial) for her roles, and she was one of the first few mainstream heroines to work with arthouse cinema directors like vishal bharadwaj, sudhir mishra, govind nilani etc, who previously had to relegate to konkonas, tabus and shabana azmis or newbies to act in their movies. In a way, she bought a lot of directors to the commercial, mainstream limelight, an example also being imtiaz ali after JWM.

Skills she means acting. And yes kareena had showed acting skills before JWM. Chameli, Dev, Omkara, and Yuva are her critically appreciated films! So she def got skills before JWM! 😳

But when it comes to choosing scripts skills...yeah the girl still has no clue! 😆
