i too agree tht karisma is way better than kareena in acting anyday....i have also seen kareena in offbeat roles and she misses the spark..and i think she has a long way to go...more over the movies she got acclaimed were male dominated...omkara, dev, KURBAAN etc...in chameli she was good....but not something she could take everything as a storm. the script was written for Antara Mali, and somehow kareena succeeded but not fully...

even if FIZA is re-made kareena can put her 100 percent but only 60 percent will be left on screen. sure FIZA bombed at the box office...but it did that for karisma which kareena hasn't got.

sure kareena is on the top today..no doubt she is getting acclaim.. but yet she is prove her acting skills something that she can rave about herself.....

kareena did chameli, omkara, jab we met, kurbaan, dev, refugee...all of which fetched her immense acclaim. I dunt see how she can be termed as a "lesser" actress, when she too has proven her worth, just as much as her sister.

Mimoh is Mithun's son, but hardly left any impact. Sonam Kapoor is regarded as anything but an actress.

Kareena has a very magnetic offscreen personality that keeps people interested. People are not stupid that they're just charmed by the name "Kapoor". I didnt give a damn about her last name and I'm a pakka Bebo fanatic. No, not because she's a kapoor, she's coz I find her very entertaining both on and offscreen.

u haven't said the same thing if she was in place of Kangana. so you should not hide from the fact. its ok if you like her acting.

She has gone through 10 years in this industry, through flops and hits, ups and downs, highs and lows. If today she has a credibility, she deserves it, NOT her family. Her father went NOWHERE with the same Kapoor tag.

the credibility comes automatically in such cases especially when you are overhyped...deserving or not...its a long debate...but yes her family is an important aspect....moreover the hype that media given to her much before when she even arrived in bollywood. her father couldn't make it becoz he was never hyped like shammi kapoor or rishi kapoor kinda what happened to ranbir too ...and even saawariya flopped he is ruling..but according to me he is a better actor.

Umm, your responses totally missed my point. What do you mean HYPED like other starkids. Those are two different aspects. You keep hammering the starkids point, yet hyping is completely separate. Deepika Padukone was 'hyped". Most of the ruling celebs today are hyped. And Refugee may have flopped, but Kareena garnered unamous reviews. Even the most harsh critics, who normally tear actors apart, were praising her in refugee. She totally overshadowed Abhishek in the film.
