Does a Star's personal life affect you? - Page 2

Well it doesn't stop me from watching their movies, but I might not like them as much. If it's a good movie, I'll watch it regardless of who's in it.

hmm to me it's so so.

I liked shinny very much, but simply can't stand on him now. what he did was cheap, but still can watch him on screen.

i liked salman lot, then his accident/drink/women scenes and some thing happened during his international tour completely threw me off. still i watch his films.

so if some did major thing, it affects me completely, i can see their films but not interested in them as a fan.

amir's case, its different. it is his personal life, it never threw me off, but then his kid/ court cases with parents and brother/ credit problems coming from the filmi crew after his each production and his recent tatistics kinda threw me off. but still i enjoy his films.

other than that, their affairs/ devorces/drugg/drink/ fights doesnt affect me, cause its their personal life just as any normal person.

It definitely affects me but mainly by their attitude. I like Katrina and Priyanka cuz their chill. But I don't like Deepika, Kareena and Aish because of their attitude. I don't care about other stuff. And I care a lot about Katrina's personal life because I really like her and want to know everything about her :) Same goes with PC and Salman. With Akshay - I love him as much as Salman but he's married and not doing affairs anymore so I don't care that much. lol

Nope. We don't know them and we never will. We can scrounge out every single piece of information on the internet, in tabloids, in newspapers etc. but the fact remains that no fan can ever really know a star. So what's the point of judging? They all have flaws (some more than others) but at the end of the day, I don't pay money to see a good person act badly on screen. So as long as they can entertain me and keep my respect as actors, I don't care what they do off screen.

Aishwarya - despise her giggly and fake personality but really like her acting
Rani - not fond of her personality but ADORE her acting
Kareena - love her personality, love some of her movies, hate some of them
Vidya - love both her personality and her acting
Deepika - like her personality but hate her acting
Sonam - not fond of her personality nor like her acting
Katrina - love her personality, hate her acting

I'll comment about the men later 😉 So yeah, it doesn't really affect me all that much.

I can't stand some celebs who act like victims in front of the media. Everybody has problems/issues and its much better if they can deal with their situation in an apt way by themselves and not give their headaches to junta. I just don't feel like going.. aww i am so sorry this happened to x y z celeb, based on the info fed to us by unrealiable tabloids and one sided stories. I wish the celebs in our country were treated like any other regular person and not uplifted to have a higher value than the value given to any regular person. I know that stars are supposed to have an awe inspiring effect on their fans, but its sad to see when people blindly trust their fave celebs and think that they can do no wrong, and are influenced by the stuff served to them about celebs by the media.
