Is make-up crucial to add appeal to our divas? Apparently not. Mitali Parekh analyses 'with' and 'without' pics and gets rather mixed results

Vidya Balan is one of the few people whose make-up does her a disservice. Take off the stone-eyed lenses and pancake and her emotive face looks more vulnerable.

There are many girls-next-door who look like Deepika and most of them are called Gauri. Make up chisels her face and makes her rather average features shine brighter.

Funnily, Kareena shines with and without make-up. Without it, her iconic genes make her the fresh face of innocence; make-up, in turn, only lends her a glossier, if distant, aura.

The only thing you would notice about nude-faced Katrina is her complexion, but it does little for her pretty features. Face paint puts the colour on her cheeks, twinkle in her eye and brings out her rose-bud mouth.

You'd brush past Piggy Chops in a train if she was fresh-faced. The plump lipper and buckets of kohl magically transform her putty face into the mask of a glam-a-zon.

I thought this is how deepika looks without makeup? :S

some of those actresses have very minimal amount of makeup on not No makeup at all.

Yeah deepika does have makeup in taht one pic they posted up there, the one of her without makeup

I wonder why they left out Aish. She should be on the list....because it looks like they were mentioning all the glam actress except Vidya. And Aish is def glamours. Also they were listing top actress. Anyone missing other than Aish?

PS Glamours doesn't = no acting talent so don't jump on my comment about Aish. You can be glamours and still be an awesome actress!!!! :)

Kareena looks the cutest. IMO she looks better sans makeup. Those raccoon eyes that she loves is not very flattering on her. Thankfully she seems to have moved past that fad these days.
